TYPES OF SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS

Strategic Partner

If you are an academic institution, apply for the strategic partnership scholarship. This will offer your organisation numerous benefits, including:

  • Abstract submissions

  • Membership in the review committee
  • Publication of papers on the GlobalKS platform

Presenter

If you are a member of the academia, a government agency, or a non-profit organisation and would like to present the latest findings of your research, apply for the presenter scholarship. The size of the scholarship will be determined by the selection committee. We require the following steps to be completed by every applicant in order to apply for the scholarship:

  • A letter of recommendation from a Department Head
  • An abstract
  • A written request for a scholarship
  • Proof of association with an academic, governmental, or non-profit institution.

Student

Participation in academic conferences is vital for students as it expands their experience through a platform that combines academic knowledge with practical examples and applications. GlobalKS encourages students to take part in its events and offers subsidised passes to all of its events. In order to apply, make sure to prepare the following documents:

  • A student ID or other proof of enrolment
  • A letter of recommendation from a Department Head
  • A written request for a scholarship
  • An abstract

APPLICATION PROCESS

Before applying, please contact GlobalKS to make sure you qualify for one of the scholarship programs. Due to the volume of applicants and the selection committee’s dedication to thoroughly review every application, we require all applications to be submitted at least 60 days before an event.
After submitting your application, you will be informed by your contact person whether any materials are missing as well as updated on the status of your application.
